ni la kwn2 sa time buat nursing skill d kolej....time t kami tengah buat vital sign...asas ni penting sangat tuk nurse...in hospital...after bed naking vital sign will be follow up...then...this skill is important to know about condition and health development of patient...well i'll miss my best friend after this coz they will back to sabah...
